The new European brand for protective performance underwear combines medtech expertise with elite-sport research.
Bolzano / Lausanne With the unanimous decision of the Executive Board and the General Assembly, the admission of SKINION X® to the SRS (Ski Racing Supplier Association) confirmed. This strengthens the brand’s presence in international winter sports and positions it as an innovation partner at the intersection of technology, skin protection and performance.
The company is presenting with the “Skin Performance Lab” a research and testing platform where athletes, physicians and textile engineers work together to optimize the protective functional layer between skin and equipment. Developed and produced in Italy, SKINION X® is based on the proprietary H-PEA® (Hybrid Polyethylene Advanced) fiber system and the H3D Knitting System® – technologies that for the first time Skin abrasion and cut protection combined in a breathable premium first layer.
