Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or
  • in the case of a contract for several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which the last good was taken into possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (preferably by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the purpose of examining the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

 

Notes / Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear/first layer garments, if supplied with a hygiene seal).
  • Custom-made products or goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
  • goods that may perish quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

Practical note: Please return items – where reasonably possible – in their original packaging, including tags/inserts. This is not a requirement for valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, but it makes inspection and refund processing easier.
