Shipping conditions

Delivery area
We deliver our products within Germany and to selected EU countries.
If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us before placing your order by email at info@skinion-x.com.

Shipping costs

  • Germany: 0 EUR per order

  • EU countries: 0 EUR per order

Delivery time
Unless a different period is specified in the item description, delivery will take place within

  • Germany: 2–4 working days after receipt of payment

  • EU countries: 5–8 working days after receipt of payment

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Shipping service provider
Shipping is carried out with DHL.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.

Undeliverable shipments
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept the shipment, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred.

Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, but it does help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
