Does SKINION X replace my protective equipment?

No. SKINION X is designed to add another protective layer directly on the skin. Your helmet, protectors and suitable outer protective clothing remain essential.

Can such a thin first layer really protect?

Yes – because protection is not determined by fabric thickness alone. SKINION X combines high-strength fibres with a textile construction designed to reduce friction and shear loads directly at skin level. Abrasion and cut protection independently tested according to EN 17092 and EN 388.

Doesn't an additional layer make me even warmer?

SKINION X is designed as a lightweight first layer for direct skin contact. Its textile structure supports moisture transport and heat dissipation without adding a heavy or rigid protective layer.

How should SKINION X fit?

Close to the body. The functional and protective zones are designed to remain in their intended position during movement. Choose your normal size; if you are between two sizes, use our size guide.
